Pastor Graeme Foster climbing Ben Nevis during 2008. He and his friends Andy Green and Andrew Paton climbed Snowdon and Sca Fell that year,as well. Ben nevis took 8 hours to climb to the top and back down again. Then several days for the stiffness in the leg muscles to go. The day we chose to climb was one of the few clear days of the week we were in Fort William. At the top it was misty, but the cloud did break for us to have views over the Loch. The greatest lesson from climbing these British mountains is, that you really do have to climb them one step at a time. If we approach every project, never mind how big, realising that we have to take the next step, we will keep making progress and eventually get to the finish.

Pastor Graeme has been a Window Cleaner since 1983, and has built up the Pure and Clean Window Cleaning business in the North Staffordshire and South Cheshire areas. Both of his sons are in the business and have been since leaving school. As you can see in this photo nowadays ladders are used rarely, the windows are cleaned by using a pole wash system which means this 4th floor window is reached with the operator safely on the ground. Purified water that is stored in the van is pumped up through the poles and rinses the windows clean. Pastor Graeme believes that the Lord has trained and prepared him for the ministry of leading the Apostolic Praise Centre through the years of training young men to run sucessfull window cleaning businesses. You can find out more about this business at the web site |
